Because all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we will make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once verified, we will:
- Send a free replacement, or
- Issue a full refund
Sizing Issues
Please refer carefully to the sizing chart before purchasing.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Fit preference issues
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly after purchase.
- Changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order
- After that, we cannot guarantee modifications
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
- Delays caused by carriers
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank
